Porter & Gold's showhome interior design and staging services transform homes and attract premium buyers. This service is for property developers wanting to gain the edge on their new home sales. We can work with you from early on in the design process, or once a showhome is ready we can also step in to offer a full or partial staging service. Home Staging

Transforming homes and attracting buyers: We work with your estate agent to research your property's location, target audience, and existing interior elements to make sure our staging is strategic and impactful when selling your home. Our design team then makes a personalised design for staging your property, including furniture, artwork, accessories, and lighting. Everything is expertly installed by our amazing team within a few short weeks. Our goal is to present your property in its best possible light, leaving a lasting impression that attracts top offers, expedites the sales process, and enhances your property’s market value. How it Works & Prices:

Upon confirmation we will visit the property, and make an assessment within 1 week.

Our team carefully designs, styles and instals your staging design within 10-14 days.

After 8 weeks we collect the installation, with the option for extension if needed.

Staging consultation service with recommendations: This is a 1.5 hour session to walk through your property, making recommendations of actions you can take yourself to make a greater impact, both for your estate agents photography and viewings. This service offers you expert advice for changes you can make to significantly increase the value of your house before it goes to market. Price: £450.00 with a written report.

Occupied home staging service: Approximately 80% of homes for sale in Bristol are lived in! This service gives your home the edge when it enters the market. It's for homes that already have furniture and some decorative pieces, that want to add wow factor by adding extra art, beautiful lighting, objects and some smaller furniture items to areas of your home. We will also help you with existing furniture layout and placement. This service includes a 6 week hire of pieces from our archive, and there’s the option to add trades people where necessary (painters, carpenters). Priced from: £3000.00.

Full homes stage service: This is the best service for empty properties and includes furniture, decorative items, lighting, art and textiles. We can also enlist and project manage painting, decoration and maintenance issues from start to finish.

Our home staging services are priced from £4500.00 depending on size and the scope of the property. As a general rule of thumb, if your house is below £600K the staging will cost 2% of the value to fully stage, and 1% in homes above this price point.

Sourcing

Our sourcing service is available for fellow interior designers, home owners, and property developers. We source art, antiques, vintage and one off bespoke pieces for large showhome developments, offices, hotel entrance foyers and lived in home projects. After an initial consultation to find out more about you and your project, and look at what styles you are drawn to, we create a list of the pieces required for each space. We then use our knowledge and contacts to source for you within the agreed time frame and budget for your project.

We have an unmatched address book for finding unique pieces, as well as art, lighting and objects for your projects. With the environment always front of mind, we source as locally as possible and use delivery services that offset their carbon.

Interior Styling

The interior styling service is for residential and commercial projects. If you have a property you need styling for a photoshoot contact us to get a quote. We can also provide props and work on styling kitchens for designers doing promotional shoots as well as homes getting ready for estate agent photography. We work with Leighton James, The Property Photographer, on property photography and if you would like to book an entirely bespoke styling and photography service please contact us to have a chat.
