Home Staging

The home stage services we provide adds exceptional value when selling your property. Our recent staging projects have had excellent results, and we are honoured to say that we come highly recommended by both Boardwalk and Elephant estate agents. We provide a range of 4 home staging services for our clients in Bristol and the South West:

1. A video or phone call (up to 30 minutes) to discuss your property and see if we are a good fit to help you successfully sell your home. Price: Free.

2. In person style and stage consultation: This is a 2 hour session to walk through your property, styling areas that will make a greater impact for photos and open days / viewings, and offering you expert advice, practical help and recommendations for added changes you could make to significantly increase the sale value of your house before it goes to market. Price: £300.00.

3. In person home staging service: Approximately 80% of homes for sale in Bristol are lived in! This is an indepth service to give your home the edge when it enters the market. It is a service for homes that already have furniture and decorative pieces, that want to add wow factor by adding some art, beautiful lighting, objects and some smaller furniture items to areas of your home - as well as working on furniture layout and placement. This service includes a 6 week hire of up to 10 pieces from Samaya’s archive collection, and there’s the option to add trades people where necessary (painters, carpenters). Price: £2000.00, not including trades rates.

4. Full homes stage service: This is a big impact service for empty properties and includes 6 weeks hire of main furniture, decorative items, lighting, art and textiles, as well overseeing minor decoration changes and overall project management from start to finish, and ready for photos, open days and viewings. As we are a small, bespoke interiors business using only unique and sustainable pieces, we are only able to provide our full home stage service for a few select properties at a time, please do contact us if this is something you are interested in. This service is priced from £4000.00 - £7000.00 per property depending on size and the scope of the project.

Sourcing

Our sourcing service is available for home owners, and property developers, for a range of projects. We can source for large showhome developments, stylish meeting rooms /offices, hotel entrance foyers and home projects. Finding unique, timeless and sustainable pieces is our forte and we bring over 20 years of buying experience to the (antique) table, with clients from all over the world using us, including Ralph Lauren (see our reveiw from RL here:), this service offers our a clients a chance to get in on the action and hire us to find those extra special pieces. After an initial consultation to find out more about you and your project, and look at what styles you are drawn to, we create a list of the pieces required for each space. We then use our knowledge and contacts to source for you within the agreed time frame and budget for your project.

Many years buying and selling vintage and antiques means we have an unmatched address book for finding unique pieces of furniture, as well as art, lighting and objects for your projects. With the environment always front of mind, we source as locally as possible and use delivery services that offset their carbon. The interior styling service is for living spaces and commercial projects. We love to bring the individuality and wow factor to your properties. When people walk into properties we have styled its always a joy to hear their responses. We bring over 20 years of experience in styling, sourcing and an eye for the unusual to home owners, property developers, showhomes and holiday cottages. We can work our style magic with your own pieces, and add artwork and vintage pieces from our archive for purchase or hire.
