Our full show home service is a complete, end-to-end solution for developers who want a show home that feels distinctive, considered and is commercially effective.
We begin with an initial consultation and site visit to understand your development, target buyer and sales goals. From there, we create a cohesive design concept that guides every decision, ensuring the finished show home feels intentional, layered and aspirational.
You’ll receive a comprehensive finishes schedule, a detailed document for your contractor setting out all materials, colours and finishes for every surface throughout the home. This includes wall and ceiling treatments, flooring specifications and key material choices, providing clarity and consistency from build through to completion. We work alongside your interior architect to design the kitchen and bathrooms and layout for these highly important areas.
We curate & source all furniture, lighting, art and accessories, carefully balancing modern, sustainable pieces with characterful vintage and antique elements for your show home. Every item is chosen to enhance flow, define rooms and speak directly to your target buyer.
Once the build is finished, we manage the full delivery, installation and styling, transforming the property into a warm, lived-in show home that feels authentic rather than staged. We can also arrange an ‘end of build’ clean, and professional photography with our talented team of subcontractors.

Staging for show homes
This is our full home staging with furniture & accessories rental service, tailored for developers and new homes.
Our show home staging service transforms an empty property into a warm, aspirational home, without the need to purchase furniture outright. We design, supply and install carefully curated furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories, tailored to your target buyer and property style for a hire period (minimum 12 weeks).
Every detail is considered, from the soft drape of the linen curtains to the placement of the furniture and art in each room. The choice of coffee table books to the fold of the towels…all of these elements help your potential buyers imagine themselves living in your property.
Our team of professional stylists and set dresses handle everything from design concept through to installation, styling, and collection once your development is sold.
These staging installations are usually installed for 3 - 6 months initially, with an option to extend and / or to change plots once the initial show home is sold.
The result: A beautifully finished show home that photographs perfectly, enhances your buyers viewing experience, and helps you sell properties faster.
