Pricing Guide

We can help you decide what interior decoration and styling options are best for your project's needs and your budget. In order to help you to make the right decisions for your project, we aim to make sure our prices are as clear as possible from the outset. We offer a free 30 minute consultation to discuss the scope of your project, the time scales involved and to find out what your vision is. This could be for an area, a single room or an entire building.

As the projects we work on are bespoke, and tailored to each property individually, we give quotes after an initial meeting or call with you when we have the information needed to plan your desired results. Showhome decor:

This service is available from the design stage, either on a consulting basis with you and your interior design team on how to decorate and furnish sustainably, or ongoing work with you to create a design, source and design your project. Read More >

We offer a unique and effective way of measurably lowering your carbon output, mainly within scope 3 emissions, whilst making sure your showhome is looking the absolute best and ready to attract your target audience.

Using sustainable pieces, antiques, art and local and eco friendly produced items, each showhome space we work on will be unique and styled with your target audience in mind. We can really help you add an authentic community element by using local artisans, makers and artists. We offer a a free 30 minute introduction call to get to know each other a bit more and see if we are a good fit. Then a 2 hour consultation in person (within 30 miles) for £300.00. Going forward our showhome consultations and design services are priced per project as each will have a different scope. Sourcing:

As with all our services, our sourcing service is available for a range of projects, from large showhome developments to offices, foyers and home projects. After an initial consultation to find out more about you and your project, and look at what styles you are drawn to, we make a list of the pieces required for each space. We then use our knowledge and contacts to source for you within the agreed time frame and budget for your project.

Prices for our sourcing service vary depending on timescale and requirements. We also add a 20% finders fee onto items purchased, this works out well for our clients as we secure good prices from our reliable and talented sources. Interior Styling:

The interior styling service is for both living spaces and commercial projects. We bring our expertise to holiday lets, homes, photo shoots and property developers. We are happy to work with your own pieces, and can add art work and vintage too. Read More >

After our initial free 30 minute consultation with you to discuss the project and get some ideas flowing, Porter & Gold can advise on the styling of individual areas, rooms and entire properties.

Prices for styling are per project, for an example, a half day styling with Samaya costs £325.00. Sourcing is often part of styling, and if you want us to purchase pieces for your project, or hire pieces from our archive, that is priced per piece as per the sourcing service. Home Staging:

We home stage properties for estate agents and letting agents, home owners and landlords. We offer a stage and style consult, a photo prep service, a partial stage and a full stage service. As per styling, it is sometimes paired with our sourcing service, and we can arrange for hire pieces as well as decorating spaces with the owners own items. Read More >

Home staging is not a new concept, however, we add our unique touch to this service by using antique, vintage and preloved pieces. This has proved to be a winning formula (see projects page for some recent examples). There is a blog post about staging, and also tips for staging your own home on our blog page. The home stage service is the perfect service for homeowners, landlords, and estate and letting agents that wish to have their properties 'dressed' right for their target audience. After staging with us, your properties will be looking their best, whether that is for photography or for in person viewings, and their value will be increased immediately.

Home staging pricing vary depending on the scope of the project. A staging consultation costs £300.00 for a 2 hour appointment. We also do a photo prep service, £400.00 for 2 hours, this time can be increased at an hourly rate. This adds huge value as the way your house looks in the photos when it first enters the market is key to a successful and speedy sale. An occupied stage using the owners furntiure to restyle the layout, with the option to hire some extra wow factor pieces, costs between £1200.00 and £2500.00. Then we have the complete stage service with all furniture and accessories. This costs between £4000.00 and £8000.00 and really depends on the size of the property. For example, a 3 bedroom house will be between £6000.00 and £8000.00. Again, this service dramatically raises the sale value of your property, enabling buys to visualise themselves living there, and! it makes photos a joy, and it becomes much easier for your agents to sell your house for you.
